Cisco Active Advisor requires a ID username during login/registration. We're aware that the website may allow users to login with their account using the email address currently registered to a ID, but the Active Advisor portal requires using the actual ID username to log in.

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can look up your username, or reset your password, from the Cisco website at After logging in, you can select the link to "manage" your profile in order to display your username:

In the above example the Username would be mikhollo.
