Cisco Active Advisor requires a Cisco.com ID username during login/registration. We're aware that the https://cisco.com/ website may allow users to login with their account using the email address currently registered to a Cisco.com ID, but the Active Advisor portal requires using the actual Cisco.com ID username to log in.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can look up your username, or reset your password, from the Cisco website at https://cisco.com/. After logging in, you can select the link to "manage" your profile in order to display your Cisco.com username:
In the above example the Cisco.com Username would be mikhollo.
