Active Advisor requires using a Cisco.com username during login/registration. We're aware that Cisco.com allows users to login with their account using whichever email address is currently registered to the CCO ID, but Active Advisor requires using the actual CCO ID (username) to log in.

After logging in, you can select the link to manage your profile (demonstrated in the screenshots below) in order to locate your CCO ID / Cisco.com username:
