1.Click Tools and then Internet Options
2.Select the Security tab, and select the Custom Level button
3.Scroll down to Scripting of Java applets
4.Make sure the Enable radio button is checked
5.Click OK to save your preference
1.Click on Safari and select Preferences
2.Choose the Security option
3.Select Allow Plug-ins, then click on Manage Website Settings
4.Click on the Java item, select an option (Ask, Allow or Allow Always) from the pulldown list When visiting other websites
5.Click Done, then close the Safari Preferences window
Go to start menu and type configure java then go to settings then click on view then delete if any multiple javas are running.
It is recommended you update Java before allowing the app to run. Click Update and download the latest Java version.You can visit the java.com web site to get the latest version. After installing , it will automatically open a tab with verify java button. Please click on that button.
Restart the Internet Explorer browser
Return to the application page and see if you still see the IE message,
If the same message appears, try restarting your system.
If the message persists, re-install the latest Java version
Install the latest version
From java.com click on the Free Java Download button
On the download page, click Agree and Start Free Java Download
If you've already installed the version, you will see a message, This software has already been installed on your computer. Would you like to reinstall it?
Click Yes and reinstall Java.
