In order for the Active Advisor Application to function properly, the Telemetry collection service must be enabled on your APIC-EM controller.


The following steps show you how to check it and enable it.


1. Navigate to the APIC-EM settings page:



2. Select the Telemetry Collection settings



3. Ensure that the Telemetry Collection is checked.



Please note: It can take up to 1 week for new device additions to propagate from discovery to telemetry and eventually into the Active Advisor services.
