If you receive the following error message when attempting to log in with your Cisco.com credentials:

Check the following things in your APIC EM installation:


1. The APIC-EM controller can successfully reach the internet.

2. The APIC-EM controller can successfully resolve DNS names, including www.ciscoactiveadvisor.com.


You can use the procedure outlined here to test internet connectivity of your APIC-EM controller.


If the second condition is not true, you will need to configure DNS for the APIC-EM server using the config_wizard tool.
