WLC 3504 - AIR-CT3504-K9 -unable to scan/ needs to be supported

I'm putting this here because I found the supported device list which did not have the WLC 3504 on it. If this is not the case could someone please suggest what is not set on the device to all it to scan. I can get to the device via HTTP, SSH and Telenet. 

Hi Robert, we have this newer device class in the Active Advisor development backlog for device support, but we don't have any dates to share yet for when this might make it into our active development work. Active Advisor product managers have been copied on this request.
